OMG!!! I'd totally forgotten about those. I could give myself the best Farrah Fawcett wings with mine!!! haha
That's gold Dana! Farrah wings - love it.
Gorgeous Donna...I love that there is a fluff function :)
Ha ha - yes, the old fluff function! : )
Just looked back at the ad - this things got more attachments than an industrial vacuum cleaner!
ha ha ha, I am pretty sure I got one for christmas one year :)
Cool Vicky! It looks like a mean machine for a hair dryer. Love the colour.
LOL, pretty sure I got one of these for Christmas one year and they did do the best Farrah wings.
Would love to see a pic of your Farrah inspired hair Vicky! This must have been the go to dryer for Farrah wings. : )
Oh, I remember the Farrah Fawcett wings... Tricky business making them stay for more then five minutes! The Supermax looks fabulous!
Hi Tove, it's a cool looking dryer eh? Great typography on it too. Far more snazzy than any hair dryer I ever owned!
They did great Dorothy Hamill bobs too. Gawd, I'm aging myself!!! You'd die laughing if you could see me in all those styles.
Lol - I would pay good money to see your pics of your Farrah and Dorothy Hamill style hair Dana. : )
This looks so familiar, I'm sure my mum had one, so thats how they got the amazing hair in the 70s
Hi Linda, Exactly! Can't find any on ebay here in Australia, but there is a few on ebay in the US. Some still in the original box with all 5 attachments!
My mum did have one, with the matching orange brush pictured in the middle pic (bottom row, middle). That brush interchanges some of the attachments. She's def STILL got the orange brush, not sure about the hairdryer tho, wouldn't be surprised, she chucks nothing out! She's got this fab leg shaver too, I'll send you a pic next time im at hers.
I'm sure my sister had one. She had very impressive wings.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!
