1970s Photography - Flip Schulke Part 2

Photographer Flip Schulke documented everyday life in the Florida Keys and New Ulm, Minnesota during the 1970s for the Documerica project. While University teaching, Flip recruited several of his students to photograph New Elm and supplement his own photographs. Here are a few of my favourites with their original captions from Flip's set on Flickr.

The last photograph is probably one of my favourite photos I have ever featured here on the blog.
Kids hanging out on a summers day with no where to be, just shooting the breeze.
Reminds me of humid, summer afternoons and nights spent with friends out the front of my house as a kid, when the only things we had to worry about were the mosquitoes and heading home before dark.
