Freaky Friday - Hair Stare

There's a little something here for everyone.

Special mention to # 2 - Lump Man (does he have his lunch packed under there?),
#3 - Spock Shock, #4 - The Centaur (half man half beast),
#5 - He who has never known a lady , #7 - Bored Barry,
#8 - The original inspiration for the design of Darth Vaders helmet - or a Steelo Pad, I can't decide,
#11 - The Mediterranean Permed Prince, #12 - Dazed Dave and
#13 - The Stunned Mullet (quite literally)

Happy Friday!

  1. Oh Donna,
I love this images so much. It´s a journey in to my childhood. Men are looking this way in the 70ies. I bet they need much more time in the bathroom like all the hipsters today.
Many thanks for your nice comment on my blog in German - respect...
    Best wishes, Ria

    1. You're welcome Ria! I will try and email you a photo of my round table and chairs soon.
Yes, I think these guys would take a very long time to get their hair right of a morning!! Xx

  2. I think I may have dated the Mediterranean Permed Prince or one of his cousins back in the late 80s. Is that a bad thing? :)

  3. Wow Donna, there is some serious style happening here. Bow tie boy in the last row looks rather worried doesn't he? I would be worried too...have a great weekend :)

  4. So...much...HAIR! How did men have such luscious locks in the 70's?? Well, perhaps luscious is going too far....more like overwhelming and a little bit creepy. What's with the boy fringe flick??

    1. Lol - yes, very pointy boy fringe flicks in the last pic. I am not coping with Steelo Pad mans hair or the guy with the curtain mullet gently curled under (#10). Shudder. xx

  6. The last one is like Lego hair. The two with the glasses crack me up!

    1. Lego hair - gold Pollos. The two wearing glasses just look dodgy don't they? xx

  7. Hair today (and by the looks of some of those receding hairlines cannily disguised by enormous fringes) gone tomorrow.
Speaking of which, a post on bad comb-overs would be quite freaky - maybe you could pencil that in as a potential Friday freak show down the track Donna?

    1. Love your request for a Freaky Comb Over special Kylie. I'm all over it. I think you are right with your theory of distracting the eye from the receding.xx
