Andrew and Zoe are the owners of this super cool 1968 Durovan Caravan,
aka 'The Flash'.
It has belonged in the same family since it was purchased new.
'The Flash' is currently being prepped for an 11 week road trip over the Australian landscape from Queensland to Broome. Zoe will be creating a blog to document the adventures of the 'The Flash' and family on the trip. Can't wait to see it!
Andrew and Zoe recently holidayed with our friends Dan & Kylie, in beautiful Hervey Bay. Kylie, is a talented family photographer, of Love Lives Here Photography, & kindly took some photos of 'The Flash' for me (thanks Kylie!).

I am in love with your retro caravan. How much renovation have you had to do on it? Are they easy to come by in fairly good condition?
ReplyDeleteHi Amanda, thanks for your comment! Zoe (a friend of a mutual friend) is the proud owner of this very cool caravan. It has been in the same family since it was purchased new back in 1968. You can pick up great vintage caravans on ebay this time of year - depending on the condition of the van for approx $2000 - $5000. and most caravan dealerships have a Used section where you can often pick up a great deal on a vintage fixer uper!! Donna x
