I love the opening scene of Boogie Nights directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Not only is it set to the one of my favourite tunes 'Best of My Love' by The Emotions (1977), but it's also a brilliant long take scene, with no camera stops, and introduces majority of the central characters in the first 2.50mins.
