Freaky Friday - Bad Retro Album Covers

Sometimes it's the album title, sometimes it's the picture,
and then occasionally it's a glorious combination of the two.

  1. Where do you get these? WHERE????!!!! They are amazing. Who to pick, who to pick. It is between Den Harrow and Jim Post. Seriously, they are a dead heat tie. To do pictures like this, you would have to think you were SOOO HOT. Absolutely stunning. Happy Friday.

  6. I've never seen that first album cover before, and it's awesome! Den Harrow looks like George Michael's evil, Robin Hood-enthusiast younger brother.

  9. How, oh how, did I miss Freaky Friday? I guess the obligations of grammohood distracted me temporarily.

The contagious optimism of LaVerne and her family warmed my heart, and that glowing love of life on Jim Post's face was infectious, I immediately wanted the name of Den Harrow's hairdresser, and Jawbone's cap sleeves made a huge fashion statement in my book. But as a mother from Texas, it was Dorothy with whom I felt immediate kinship. Except for her rifle...and her polyester pantsuit...and her big hair...and her careless treatment of tack. :)

    1. Hi Dana! Yes, your grammohood duties should always come first : )
LOL - Dorothy's polyester pant suit and shiny silver shoes hardly seem appropriate riding wear. Your comments for the chosen few every Friday always make me laugh. In fact I think I have come to enjoy readers comments on Freaky Friday more than the Freaky Friday subjects themselves.
So glad you popped in to see this weeks offerings.x
