Freaky Friday - Girls! Girls! Girls!

"Waiter! There's a lady in my lamp!"

Poor Polly - we've all been there.

Kaye - Wrestling with the Dark Side of the force.

This album cover reminds me of the laughing/crying lady scene at the party
from Breakfast at Tiffany's. (You can watch the short clip here if you fancy!)

Carol Brady after a few wines.

Vera doesn't need her Walkman headphones - speakers are built into her sleeves.

Slip on the bubble kittens - it's time for some jazz!

Happy Friday!

    1. Thought you'd dig the bubble! I fancy slipping mine on and having a few wines with Carol - but not Polly. She looks like a buzz kill.

  2. Hello Donna and happy Friday to you...Kaye is scaring me with her eyes and big lips. The head bubble helmet is making me feel strangely claustrophobic! You have done it again. As my husband always says...where does she get this stuff??

    2. Hi again Jane - have you seen Simmone's blog Crazy House Capers? She has a brilliant post on today - a few gems from a Womens Weekly in the 70's. Tonnes of funny ads, dudes in underwear and even a dude in a jumpsuit - hurrah!! Thought you might like. : )

  3. Those puffy shoulders look they could get up and run....and speak even. Are there strings attached? They certainly give her a perky look! I think the woman in the lamp will give me nightmares. Nooooooooooooo!!!

    1. True! Vera's taking power shoulders to new heights - there has to be wire in those sleeves holding those puppies up. Have a great weekend Dana! x

    1. Poor Annie - I didn't give her any props. As soon as I saw her cover all I thought of was Carol Brady having some after supper drinks once she'd put the six kids (and Mike) to bed. Thanks and hope you have a good weekend too Tove. x
